Terms of Service

Zoco is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across Morocco. You must be 18 or older to post an ad, and you agree to list only lawful items and to deal honestly with other users.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for keeping your login secure. Don’t impersonate others or create accounts to mislead buyers.

Weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, and anything unlawful under Moroccan law may not be listed. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Zoco is a platform, not a party to your transactions. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and handover directly — meet safely and inspect items before paying.

We work hard to keep Zoco safe but can’t guarantee any listing, user, or transaction. Use the Safety Centre, report anything suspicious, and use your judgement.
